Ralph Livingston Wilkins, 73, passed away Monday, November 14, 2016, at UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill. He was born in Robeson County on September 30, 1943 to the late Woodrow & Effie Wilkins. He retired from the City of Lumberton Housing Authority.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dianne McEwen Wilkins; and one brother, John Shelton Wilkins.

He is survived by one son, Timmy Wilkins and wife Kim of Lumberton; one daughter, Shelly Wilkins of Lumberton; one brother, Woodrow Wilkins of Lumberton; and four grandchildren: Paige Wilkins, Dylan Wilkins, Mahala Cummings, and Michael Oxendine.

A time of visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2016, at 11:00 AM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Joe Bounds officiating. Burial will follow at Floyd Memory Gardens.
