Phillip Rhyne Herring's Obituary
Phillip Rhyne Herring, 34, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017. He was born March 7, 1983 in Robeson County to Dennis Franklin and Betty Jean Herring.
He is survived by his parents; his fiancée, Tiffany Elizabeth Caulder; his son, Jase Rhyne Herring; two brothers: Rencil Dennis Herring and wife Deanna and Eric Joseph Herring and wife Mary Sue; and two nephews and two nieces.
A time of visitation will take place on Saturday, April 1, 2017, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 2, 2017, at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Oneil Parker and Rev. Mark Simmons officiating. Burial will follow at Floyd Memory Gardens.
