Peggy Joyce Phillips, 67, of Hamer, SC, died on Monday, December 26, 2022, in McLeod Medical Center in Dillon, SC. She was born in Robeson County, NC on December 16, 1955 to the late John & Elizabeth Bullock.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny Wilkins of the home; two sons, Johnny C. Wilkins and his companion Savannah Tyner of Chesterfield, SC and John Bullock and his wife Kathy of Mullins, SC; four grandchildren: Jonathan Bullock, Whitney Bullock, Chase McQueen, and Grayson McQueen; and three great-grandchildren: Jasper McQueen, Arianna Scott, and Ankotu Scott.

There will be a graveside service held on Friday, December 30, 2022, at 1:00 pm at the Clewis Family Cemetery located at 1080 Beulah Church Road in Lumberton, NC.
