Paula Maxwell Freeman, age 50, of Lumberton, passed away on Monday, December 30, 2024 at her residence.  She was born in Robeson County, NC on April 29, 1974.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Wade Britt and Melba Lee Britt.

Paula is survived by her husband, Brent Freeman; three daughters, Ashley Howell (Logan), Brianna McCartney (Zachary) and Hannah Freeman, all of Lumberton; two siblings, Susan Rice (James) and Chad Maxwell (Ashley), all of Lumberton and three grandchildren, Caleb, Noah and Lucas.

A time of visitation will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025 from 1:00-2:00PM at Refuge Pentecostal Church, 1390 Linkhaw Road, Lumberton and other times at the home of her daughter at 406 W. 20th Street.

A funeral service will follow the visitation on Friday, January 3, 2025 at 2:00PM at Refuge Pentecostal Church with Rev. Russell Kinlaw, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow at Floyd Memory Gardens in Lumberton.
