Paul Raymond Wight, age 84, of Lumberton, NC died on Friday, July 23, 2010 at his residence. He was born in Continental, OH on June 3, 1926 to Mark A. and Atta Hammons Wight. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and worked as an accountant at a Naval Air Station.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Martha Brown Wight; and a brother, Roger Wight.

Mr. Wight is survived by two daughters, Sharon Oxendine and husband Clayton of Lumberton, NC and Sheila Travis and wife Albert of Jacksonville, FL; three grandchildren, Shawna Belanger, Mickey Oxendine and Amy Oxendine and three great-grandchildren, Peyton Oxendine, Rachelle Baldwin and Ashley Lane.

Services will be planned at a later date in Jacksonville, FL.
