Paul David Morrison, 39, of Fairmont, NC, passed away Friday, June 11, 2021, at McLeod Hospice in Florence, SC. Paul was born August 17, 1981 in St. Petersburg, FL.

He is survived by his father, David Johnathan Morrison of St. Petersburg, FL; his mother, Veola Hunt Locklear of Fairmont, NC; a brother, Benton Merlet Wells, Jr. (Amy) of St. Petersburg, FL; a sister, Robin Etta Maynor (Steven) of Fairmont, NC; a best friend and caregiver, Tina Grant of Fairmont, NC; an aunt, Flowers Hunt of Pembroke, NC; an uncle, Tim Morrison of Kansas; seven nieces: Andrea, Breanna, and Alyssa Maynor, all of Fairmont, NC, and Zoey, Alex, and Faith Wells, all of St. Petersburg, FL; three nephews: Justin, Jayden, and Maddox Wells, all of St. Petersburg, FL; three special cousins: Tierra Scott, Allana Scott, and Christan Chavis, all of Fairmont, NC; and a special cousin, Barbara "Granny" Barnes.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Monday, June 14, 2021, from 2:00-3:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel, 1549 Marion Stage Road in Fairmont, NC. Following the visitation, a funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM with Rev. Dennis Hunt and Rudy Barnes officiating.

Burial will follow in Hickory Hill Cemetery in Rowland, NC.
