Patty Sue McVickers Nobles, age 70, of Lumberton, NC died on Sunday, February 11, 2018 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton.  She was born on August 8, 1947 to the late Daniel McVickers and the late Emma Willoughby West.  She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Melba Parker; and a grandchild, Aaron Freeman.

Mrs. Nobles is survived by her husband Jerry Nobles of the home; a son, Timothy Sealey (Cindy) of Lumberton; a daughter, Sherry Barwick (Matt) of Red Springs; a brother, Bobby McVickers (Dot) of Hope Mills; six grandchildren, Emma Barwick, Robbie Sealey, Brandon Sealey, Timmy Sealey, Belinda Locklear, Ethan Hunt and two great-grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton.

The funeral service will be Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jeff Blackburn officiating.  Burial will follow the service at Meadowbrook Cemetery.
