Ms. Patsy Kay Elmore Stephens, age 77, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC. She was born in Robeson County, NC on January 9, 1943 to the late Tabors Elmore and the late Mae Herring Elmore.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Cody Dwayne Pittman.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Stephens of Lumberton, NC; one son, Dwayne Pittman and wife Angie of Linden, NC; three daughters: Pamela Williamson of Cerro Gordo, NC, Teresa Nance and husband Bobby of Cerro Gordo, NC, and Bobbie Pittman of Fair Bluff, NC; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a brother, Curtis Elmore of Flint, MI; and a sister, Linda Griffin of Fayetteville, NC.

A private graveside service will be held at Meadowbrook Cemetery with Rev. Neill Smith officiating.
