Patsy Rhodes Bullock, age 72, passed away on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. She was born in Robeson County, NC on July 24, 1942 to the late John B. and Sallie Ivey Rhodes, Sr. She previously was employed by Oliver Oil Company as an office manager. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Luther Maxwell Bullock; and sisters, Estalene Barnes, Marjorie Bass, and Bernice Bullock. Mrs. Bullock is survived by her sons, Jonathan Dwayne Bullock of Lumberton, and Larry Bullock of Orrum; daughters, Sandra Bullock Pittman, and Gladys Bullock Morgan of Raleigh; brother, John B. Rhodes, Jr. of Cary; sisters, Lavice Lee of Fairmont, Betty Ivey of Proctorville, Rosa Phillips of Lumberton, and Ann Grice of Lumberton; grandchildren, James Connor Pittman and Kelsey Olivia Pittman; and special children, Shelley Ashby, Ashlyn and Carlton, and Dara Kelly, Bryson and Mikala. A visitation will be held on Monday, June 15, 2015 from 6:00-7:00 PM at the West Lumberton Baptist Church. The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 15, 2015 at 7:00 PM at the West Lumberton Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Foreman officiating. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to West Lumberton Baptist Church, 3220 West 5th Street, Lumberton, NC 28358.
