Mrs. Patricia Elizabeth "Sissy" Bodiford, age 71, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2015, at Southeastern Health of Lumberton. She was born in Robeson County on October 11, 1943. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lillian Baker, her daughter, Sharon Jeanette Dixon, and one brother, Danny Baker. She is survived by three brothers: Ronnie Baker, Wilton Baker, and Wayne Baker, all of Lumberton; five sisters: Gwen Brown, Rachel Jackson, and Kaye DeVane, all of Bladenboro, and Rosie Powers and Marilyn Smith, both of Lumberton; three grandchildren: Shana Dixon, Bailey Dixon, and Parker Dixon; and numerous nieces and nephews. A time of visitation will take place on Saturday, January 17, 2015, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2015, at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. O'Neil Parker officiating. Burial will follow at Floyd Memory Gardens.
