Ms. Patricia Edwards Miller, age 85, of Fairmont passed away on Monday, September 28, 2026 at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC.

She was born on November 10, 1940 to the late Joe Edwards and the late Rebecca Mincey Edwards.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin Miller; a son, Ricky Miller; a brother, Ben Edwards and a sister, Betty Jo McLaughin.

She leaves to cherish her memories one son, Freddie Miller (Connie) of Fairmont, NC; one daughter, Gale Hudson (Timothy) of Lake City, SC; two sisters, Barbara Lashley (Eddie) of Raeford, NC and Linda Tharp (Harry) of Chocowinity, NC; six grandchildren, Jamie, Kasey, Ashley, Becky, Melissa, and Matt; fourteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Lois Jean Miller; her fur baby, Cricket and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at 4:00 PM at the home of Freddie and Connie Miller.
