Pamela "Pam" Ransom, age 50, of 131 Lot 40 Pinehurst Ave. Fairmont passed away Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Woodhaven Nursing Center in Lumberton. She was born December 25, 1962 in Robeson County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray Ransom and Elease Hunt Callihan; step father, George Thurston Callihan; a brother, Kenny Ray Ransom. She is survived by two sons, Shawn Ransom and wife Jerrica and Jonathan Brooks and wife Rhonda all of Pembroke; two daughters, Shanna Oxendine and husband Johnny and Sheranda Brooks all of Lumberton; one brother, Tony Callihan of Fayetteville; three sisters, Jane Graham and Sheila Ransom both of Lumberton, and Cindy Jacobs of Rowland; three grandchildren, Shawn Ransom, Jr., Jeremiah Strickland and Jaidyne Oxendine. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 7-9pm at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont. Funeral services will be Friday, February 22, 2013 at 3:00 PM at McDonald Church of God (Hwy 130 Fairmont), with Rev. Bowman Hunt officiating. Burial will follow in the McDonald Church cemetery.
