Mrs. Nancy Bullock Warwick, age 79, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018. She was born October 20, 1938, in Lumberton to the late Kelly and Eva Freeman Bullock.

She was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Lionel B. Warwick, and  a brother, Donald Kelly Bullock.

Nancy will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and "Nama" by her devoted family whom she adored. She was also a wonderful role model for the many children she taught at Joyland Nursery. For many years, she devoted her talents with her music ministry by leading the children's choir at Hog Swamp Baptist Church where she was also a member of the adult choir.

As a loyal member of Godwin Heights Baptist Church for the past 25 years, she served in many capacities:  Sunday School and Bible School teacher; leader of the GA, Acteens, and "Sonseeker" youth programs; a devoted member (and often the director) of the WMU, and an enthusiastic member of "Young at Heart."  Her musical talent was also lovingly shared as the director of the senior choir, "Joytones," and a member of the adult choir where she often sang solos and duets. Nancy also shared her Christian ministry and her musical talent with residents of "Golden Living" and other nursing homes for many years.

A sports enthusiast, Nancy enjoyed bowling, softball, tennis, and golf. She was a member of several bowling leagues as well as ladies' tennis and golf leagues. She enjoyed these competitions with the ladies, but her favorite golf partner was her husband, Lionel.

Many young people are grateful to "Ms. Nancy" for coaching and managing the Lumberton Junior Bowling Association where she instilled the love of the game and good sportsmanship for many years every Saturday morning at the bowling center in Lumberton.

She is survived by two sons: Lionel Keith Warwick of Lumberton and Garren Kevin Warwick and wife, Rachel, of Summerville, S.C.; a sister, Pat Davis and husband, Bruce, of Lumberton; a brother, Randy Bullock and wife, Pam, of Laurinburg; and three grandchildren:  Kris Warwick, Lauren Warwick, and Jeffrey Warwick.

A time of visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton.

The funeral service will be on Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Godwin Heights Baptist Church with Rev. David Hawes officiating.  Burial will follow the service at Meadowbrook Cemetery in Lumberton.
