Mozell McNeil Britt, age 69, of Lumberton, NC passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at her home. She was born in Robeson County, NC on February 10, 1946 to the late Dixon McNeil and the late Ruth West McNeil. She previously worked for over 26 years at WestPoint Pepperell as a production worker. Mrs. McNeil is survived by a son, Ronald Eugene Carr of Lumberton; daughters, Deborah Carr Russ (Donald) of N. Myrtle Beach, SC and Shanena Britt Phillips (Mickey) of Fayetteville; and seven grandchildren, Abigail Boyd, Garrett Ray Boyd, Mia Elizabeth Phillips, Stephanie Nicole Williams, Nicholas Brandon Carr, Madison Brooke Carr, and Donald Zane Russ. A visitation will be held on Friday, March 6, 2015 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Dennis Harrell officiating. Burial will follow in Floyd Memory Gardens in Lumberton.
