Mr. Morris Britt, age 63, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Monday, February 20, 2023, at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC. He was born in Bladen County, NC to the late Morris Lee & Dorothy Ann Britt.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by two infant sisters, Sandra Britt and Samantha Britt.

He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Thurtle of Pembroke, NC; two grandchildren, Carah Thurtle and James Thurtle; and his sister, Faye Griffin and husband David of Chadbourn, NC and their children, Daniel Griffin and Trisha McKenna.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel, 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC.
