Milton \\"Bo\\" Lawson, 76, of 795 Stephens Road in Lumberton, NC died on Tuesday, May 19, 2009 at his home. He was born on January 20, 1933 to Homer Lawson and Birdie Britt in Robeson County, NC.

Mr. Lawson is survived by his wife, Louise Nye Lawson of the home; two sons, Melvin Wayne Lawson and wife Donna of Florence, SC and L.H. Lawson and wife Helen of Lumberton, NC; step-sons Richard Wayne Inman and wife Patricia of Boardman, NC and Kyle Stuart Inman and wife Melissa of Wilson, NC; one brother, John Lawson of Lumberton, NC; three sisters, Annie Rae Lee of Conway, SC, Natha Lie Britt of Lumberton, NC and Quinn Prevatte of Conover, NC; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and special caregiver Ty Locklear of Liberty Hospice.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 22, 2009 at 11:00 AM at the Broad Ridge Baptist Church with the Reverends L.G. Green and Robert Nolley officiating. Burial will follow the service at the Broad Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery

The family will receive visitors Thursday, May 21, 2009 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton, NC.

In lieu of flowers memorials are requested to be given to Liberty Hospice Services, 2409 N. Elm Street, Lumberton, NC 28358.
