Mr. Michael Francis Dolphens, age 63, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013 at Germantown Methodist Hospital of Germantown, TN. He was born on July 2, 1950 in Omaha, NE to Frank Dolphens, Sr. and the late Loretta Dolphens. He formerly worked for International Paper of Memphis, TN and he was an avid golfer. In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by a niece, Nicole Dolphens. Mr. Dolphens is survived by his wife, Nan Dolphens, of the home; his son, Ben and wife, Mary Catherine, of Charlotte, NC; two daughters, Rachel Wagner and husband, Aaron, of Lincoln, NE, and Bridgette Black and husband, Dustin, and their daughter, Sophie, all of Lumberton, NC; his father, Frank Dolphens, Sr., of Omaha, NE; two sisters, Mary Mimick and husband, John, and Peggy Dolphens, all of Omaha, NE; five brothers, Tom Dolphens, of Kansas City, MO, Marty Dolphens and wife, Mari, Frank Dolphens, Jr. and wife, Vicki, Rick Dolphens and wife, Kathy, all of Omaha, NE, and Mark Dolphens and wife, Annette, of Hickory, NC; and many nieces and nephews.
