Mattie Tomosso Barnes 92, went to her Heavenly home March 17, 2016.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, a daughter, Sue (Billy Ray) Collins; three granddaughters, Wanda (Bobby) Caulder, Kimberly (Don) Brown and Susan (Szhon Gurley) Collins and three great grandchildren, Collin Brown, Trevor Brown, and Lasey Collins.

She was preceded in death by her husband of seventy years, Lacy Barnes, her daughter, Molly Walters and her granddaughter, Annette Walters.

Mrs. Barnes is also survived by two sisters, Helen Hardin and Hazel Elvington, and a host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly and many other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 19, 2016 at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont from 7-9pm.

Funeral services will be Sunday, March 20, 2016 at 3pm at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel officiated by John Spence from Barnesville Baptist Church where she was a lifetime member.
