Mary Simms McKenzie age 80 of 100 West McKenzie St. Fairmont died Saturday May 1, 2010 at the Southeastern Hospice House Lumberton.

A Graveside service will be held Monday, May 3, 2010 at Floyd Memorial Cemetery at 11:oo A.M. with Pastor Jesse Yarbrough officiating.

Family will receive friends Sunday, May 2, 2010 from 7-9 P.M. at Floyd Funeral Services, Fairmont and other times at the home.

Preceded in death by parents, Thomas Franklin and Maggie Ruth Turbeville Simms, her husband, Daniel Vernon McKenzie, Sr. and 5 siblings

Born November 4, 1929 in Columbus County.

Survived by a son; Dan McKenzie and wife Sandy of Fairmont
1 brother; Thomas Simms, Jr. of Grand Priaire, TX.
1 sister; Estelle Dyson of Chadburn
2 grandsons; Craig & Matthew McKenzie
