Mary Ruth Hardin age 91, of Fairmont passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015 at Golden Living in Lumberton, NC. Funeral services will be held Wednesday November 4, 2015 at Bethesda United Methodist Church at 2:00pm. Burial will follow in Barnesville Community Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 4, 2015 from 1:00-2:00pm prior to the service at Bethesda United Methodist Church. She was born January 7, 1924 in Robeson County. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee and Willia Jones Lee; her husband, Charlie Lamon Hardin; three brothers, Gordan, Jimmy and Dewey Lee; four sisters, Effie Mae McKoy, Beatrice Squires, Alma Haynes, and Addie Merle Lane. She is survived by a son, Mickey Hardin (Lib) of Fairmont; a daughter, Melody Hardin Floyd (Von) of Fairmont; two grandchildren, Tonya Jones and Jeremy Hardin (Misty); six great-grands, Sydney, Hannah, Paxton, Bailey, Charleigh, and Sadie ; a special sister, Margaret Leggett, and special friends, Eugene and Peggy Scott; a special caregiver, Brenda Lockley.
