Mary Lucille Hendricks Huffman, age 85, of Fairmont, NC passed away on Friday, September 25, 2015 at Woodhaven Nursing Center in Lumberton, NC. She was born in Plain Dealing, LA on December 17, 1929 to the late Walter and Mattie Clayton Hendricks. She was a homemaker who loved working puzzle books and making crafts for friends and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gerald Duane Huffman; a brother; and three sisters. Mrs. Huffman is survived by a son, Gerald Huffman, Jr. (Theresa) of Sacramento, CA; a daughter, Betty Huffman Cox (Lacy Gilbert, Jr.) of Fairmont; brothers, William Hendricks and Timothy Hendricks both of Shreveport, LA; a sister, Sue Vergo of Shreveport, LA; grandsons, (Gilbert) Duane Cox, (David) Matthew Cox, and Kristofer Huffman; great-grandsons, Kai, Kole, Kaden, Jonathan, and Jordan.
