Mary Alice Berry, age 50, of Lumberton, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at UNC Southeastern Regional Medical Center. Mary Alice was born on June 14, 1974 in Robeson County to the late Jerry Wayne Berry and Blendia Evers Berry.

Mary Alice loved to sing, dance, travel and dress in shiny, sparkly clothes; silver, black and purple were her favorite colors. Spending time with her kids, grandkids, brother and family was her greatest joy. She was a former manager of Calabash and Jimmy's Seafood Restaurants.

In addition to her mother Blendia Berry, she is survived by sons; Dalton Shockley and wife Megan, Jacobe Love, grandchildren; Paisleigh Shockley, Greyson Shockley, sister; Helen Berry Walker, brother; Jerry Wayne Berry II, special niece; Annabelle Eddy, Samantha Brown and Melanie Brown. Aunt and Uncle who were like second parents; Marthaleen and Trent Kirby, Faye and Bennie Bryan, and family in Alabama.

Visitation will be on Monday, December 16, 2024 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary and Crematory, 809 East 5th Street, Lumberton, NC.

Funeral Service will be at 12:00 PM on Monday, December 16, 2024 in the Chapel of Floyd Mortuary and Crematory, 809 East 5th Street, Lumberton. Burial will follow in Evers Cemetery, McPhail Rd, Lumberton, NC.
