Marvin Wilton Justice, age 82, of Lumberton, NC passed away on Friday, April 17, 2015 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton. He was born in Onslow County, NC on June 13, 1932 to the late Joseph Frank and Mary Ethel Patton Justice. He was a veteran of the United States Army. He previously was employed as a grocery manager for Big Star. Along with his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Ruth Justice; and a brother, Edward Justice. Mr. Justice is survived by his wife, Marcella Y. Justice of the home; a son, Matthew W. Justice of the home; a brother, Willie Justice of Goldsboro; and a sister, Annie Large of FL. A time for visitation will be held on Sunday, April 19, 2015 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton. The funeral service will be held on Monday, April 20, 2015 at 2:00 PM at East Lumberton Baptist Church with Rev. Michael Bowen and Rev. LeRoy Burke officiating. Burial will follow in Floyd Memory Gardens in Lumberton.
