Martha Jane Oxendine Hunt age 85, of Fairmont passed away Thursday, May 5, 2016 at Highland Acres Nursing Center in Lumberton.

Funeral services will be held Monday, May 9, 2016 at 3:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont with Rev. Timmy Hunt officiating.

Burial will follow in Piney Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday, May 9, 2016 from 2:00-3:00 pm prior to the service at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

She was born December 23, 1930 in Robeson County to the late Willie and Lillie Patrick Oxendine.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Sam Hunt; one brother and two sisters.

She is survived by three sons, Anthony "Buddy" Hunt of Lumberton, Terry Hunt (Lisa) of Fairmont and Kenneth Wayne Hunt of Lexington; one daughter, Myrtle Ridenhour (Doug) of Lexington; eight grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
