Mrs. Margaret Davis Stallings, of Lumberton, NC, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Harborview in Lumberton, NC. She was born in Guilford County, NC on September 23, 1927 to the late William Lee Davis and Eva Prevatte Davis.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Waldo P. Stallings, Sr.; her brothers, Alton Davis and Bahnson Davis; her sisters, Inez Jackson and Julia McLaurin; and her son-in-law, Ronald Parker.

She is survived by her daughter, Ricky Parker of Supply, NC; her son, Pat Stallings (Tammy) of Lumberton, NC; her grandson, Nicholas Stallings (Sommer) of Lumberton, NC; her great-granddaughter, Raelynn Grace Stallings, and step-great-granddaughter, Lillian Davis; her sister, Colleen Lamb of Lumberton, NC; and a large extended family and many friends, including a dear family friend, Lula Gaddy.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Harborview Lumberton for the care that was shown to our family during this time.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 12, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Gardens of Faith Cemetery, 5190 N. Fayetteville Road in Lumberton, NC, with Rev. Jody Stallings and Rev. Mike Bowen officiating.
