Mrs. Margaret Elizabeth Hicks Bullard, 82, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Tuesday, September 21, 2021, at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton, NC. She was born in Robeson County, NC on September 30, 1938 to the late Douglas Hicks and the late Ada Tew Hicks.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnnie Mac Bullard; three brothers: Lacy V. Hicks, Charles Hicks, and William L. Hicks; and two brothers-in-law, Stacey McLellan and Keith Parker.

She is survived by her son, Thomas Windle Bullard (Jackie); a granddaughter, Brittany Ragland (A.J.); three sisters: Nellie McLellan, Sylvia Parker, and Virginia Freeman (Wallace); and a sister-in-law, Ann Hicks.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at 2:00 PM at New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
