Mamie Lillian Barnes' Obituary
Mamie Lillian Barnes, age 78, of Fairmont, NC died on Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC. She was born in Columbus County on November 3, 1930 to Robert Britt and Omer Lawson Britt.
She is survived by her husband, Rodger Barnes; a son, Wayne Barnes of Fairmont, NC; a daughter, Debbie Graham of Fairmont, NC; a brother Willis Britt of Lexington, NC; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2009 at 11:00 AM at Floyd Chapel, 1459 Marian Stage Road in Fairmont. Burial will follow in the Fairmont Cemetery in Fairmont.
The family will receive friends on Friday, August 28, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.
