Ms. Macie Oxendine, age 101, passed away to her heavenly home Wednesday, May 18, 2016 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 2:00PM at St. Anna Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Hyatt, Dewayne Locklear and Ronnie Elk officiating.

Burial will follow in Graham Family Cemetery in Pembroke.

Visitation will be Friday, May 20, 2016 from 7:00-9:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont.

She was born April 1, 1915.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul L. Oxendine; four children and eight siblings.

She is survived by three daughters, Virginia Caulder of Fairmont, Lynn Brooks (Armanuel) of Maxton and Sarah Locklear of Albermarle; three sons, James Oxendine of the home, Red Oxendine (Gladys) of Fairmont and Marshall Oxendine of Prospect; one sister, Launa Elk of Pembroke; 25 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren and 28 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends; and her beloved pet "Little Lady".
