Mrs. Lynne Hollenbeck Smith, age 64, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Monday, December 16, 2019, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. She was born in Alameda County, CA on February 21, 1955, to the late Lyle "Papa" Hollenbeck and the late Peggy "Bammommy" Wilkins Hollenbeck. She was formerly employed with West Point Textiles Co.

She is survived by her husband, William "Purdy" Smith of the home; 3 sons: Robbie Allen Wilkins (Mary) of Evergreen, NC and Kevin Lee Wilkins (Mandi) and Cody Allen Wilkins, all of Lumberton, NC; 1 daughter, April Lynne Seals of Lumberton, NC; two stepdaughters, Nikki Smith of Lumberton, NC and Chelcie Cruce of Hope Mills, NC; 14 grandchildren: Whitney Taylor (Adam), Amber Britt (Jamie), Magen Britt (Chad), Brianna Smith, Chloe Wilkins, Eric Wilkins, Kolee Wilkins, Leea Wilkins, Cole Allen Wilkins, Jayden Rockwell, Bonni Cruce, Lindsey Hayes, River Butler, Blake Cruce; 3 great-grandchildren: Paitlynn Wilkins, KJ Seals, and Kendra Seals; one brother, David Allen Hollenbeck of Wilmington, NC; and her lifelong best friend, Jenny Byrd of Lumberton, NC.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 18, 2019, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5 ^th Street in Lumberton, NC.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 19, 2019, at 11:00 AM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Coe officiating. Burial will follow at Floyd Memory Gardens, 3720 Old Whiteville Road in Lumberton, NC.
