Lula Mae Turner Mishue, age 95,of Lumberton passed away at Glen Flora Skilled Nursing on Thursday, June 12, 2025 surrounded by her family. Lula was born in Dillon, SC on January 31, 1930 to Louis and Dollie Gainey Turner. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert, sons; Curtis Mishue and Frankie Mishue, sisters; Gladys Turner Baxley, Infant sister, Elloise Turner and Pearl Turner McLean.

Lula had a personal relationship with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and. She loved feeding and watching birds. Her dogs brought great joy to her through the years. Lula loved her family, always enjoying time spent together.

Lula is survived by her sons; Greg Mishue ( Libby) and Robert Mishue (Gwen), grandchildren; Michael Mishue, Stephen Mishue, Amy Mishue Abrams (Aaron), Aaron Mishue, Christy Pittman Locklear (Jack), great-grandchildren; Norah MIshue, Layla Hardee, Carson Rhyne, A.J. Abrams, Wade Mishue, daughter-in-law; Carol Mishue

A family gathering will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 27, 2025 at East Lumberton Baptist Church, 201 Old Whiteville Rd, Lumberton, NC 28358.
