Ms. Lue Kate Adams, age 51, of Lumberton passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton. A Graveside service will be held Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 2:00PM at Lewis Family Cemetery on Hwy. 904 Fairmont with Rev. Ken Spencer officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, February 4, 2015 from 7-9PM at Floyd Funeral Services in Fairmont and other times at the home of her mother, Ruby Adams, 226 Barnes St. Lumberton. Adams was born December 28, 1963 in Mullins, SC. She was preceded in death by her father, Early Adams. She is survived by her daughter, Ashley Hunt of Oklahoma; a special friend, Eddie Arnold of the home; her mother, Ruby Mishue Adams of Lumberton; one sister, Hilda Pate of Lumberton; one brother, Paul Wendell Adams of Lumberton; and two grandchildren.
