Lucille Wilkerson Wise, age 85, of Fairmont passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 2:00pm at First Baptist Church in Fairmont.

Burial will follow in Fairmont Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 28, 2017 from 1-2pm prior to the service at First Baptist Church.

Ms. Wise was born October 1, 1931 in Robeson County.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Wiley Wilkerson and Nettie Wilkerson; her husband, George Wise; two brothers, Horace Wilkerson and L.C. Smith; one sister, Inez Collins.

She is survived by two sons, Joseph "Snuffy" Barfield and wife Carvicous of Orrum, NC and Bobby Wise and wife Debbie of Raleigh, NC; one daughter, Arlene Wise of Fairmont, NC; one sister, Ruby King of Nichols, SC; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
