Lucille Rozier Allen, age 85, of Lumberton NC passed away peacefully at her home on October 2, 2026. While our hearts mourn her passing, we rejoice in knowing that she is now at home with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Born on November 15, 1940, Lucille was the beloved daughter of the late Calton Rozier and Irene Rozier. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Jack Rozier, Ernest Rozier, David Rozier and Ted Rozier; two sisters, Evelyn Rozier Fields and Ann Rozier, special sisters-in law; Edna Rozier, Chingy Rozier, Keith Rozier and Joyce Rozier. She was wife to the late Jeff L Allen of 48 years and wife to the late Earl Weston of 10 years.

She is survived by two sons, Jeffery Allen of Lumberton, NC and Nelson Allen of Tarheel, NC; one daughter Jeanine Allen Lawson and husband Michael Lawson; one grandson Michael Allen Lawson all of Lumberton, NC and many nieces and nephews that she dearly loved.

Lucille was a loved mother, grandmother, aunt and sister. Those who knew her will remember her warm smile, loving spirit, sense of humor, and deep devotion to her family. She was a woman of many talents. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, arts and crafts, painting, and do-it- yourself home improvement projects. Creative, resourceful, and determined, she was never afraid to take on a new challenge. Whether she was tending to her garden, creating something beautiful with her hands, or working on her next project, she approached life with a spirit of joy.

The family will receive friends on Monday, October 5, 2026, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street in Lumberton.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM at the Rozier Family Cemetery located on Turnpike Road in Lumberton, NC.
