Loyd Earl "Tom" Bryant, age 76, of Bladenboro, NC passed away at his home on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. He was born in Robeson County, NC on February 18, 1939 to the late Henry Melvin and Lois Taylor Bryant. He previously worked in textile manufacturing in the maintenance department. Mr. Bryant is survived by his wife, Jackie Bryant of the home; sons, Loyd Bryant, Jr. (LaRonna) of Marion, SC and Carl Bryant (Shelly) of Hope Mills; a daughter, Angela McLamb (George) of Garland; a brother, Robert Bryant, Sr. of Lumberton; sisters, Faye Bryant and Janice Jones both of Lumberton; eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015 from 1:00-3:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 East 5th Street in Lumberton. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at 3:00 PM in Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Darin Andrews and Rev. Gary McMillan officiating. Burial will follow in Bryant Family Cemetery.
