Louise Hyatt, age 73, of Lumberton, passed away on Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton. She was born in Robeson County on December 20, 1945 to the late Willie Harvey Hyatt and the late Emma Ward Hyatt.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, J.C. Hyatt and Leroy Hyatt, and three sisters, Sadie Hammond, Ruth Musselwhite and Linda Kinlaw.

She leaves to cherish her memories with her two sons, James D. Salter and wife Amy of Clayton, NC and Michael Anthony Salter of Lumberton; a brother, Jr. Hyatt of St. Pauls; three sisters, Martha Salter of Havelock, NC, Lib McMillian of St. Pauls, and Margaret Powers of Lumberton; and four grandchildren: Marissa Salter, Faith Salter, Logan Salter and Ellie Salter.

A time of visitation will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2019, from 10:00-11:00AM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5 ^th Street in Lumberton.

A funeral service will follow the visitation on Saturday, September 21, 2019, at 11:00AM at Floyd Memorial Chapel with Rev. Clyde Hammonds officiating.  Burial will follow at Gardens of Faith Cemetery in Lumberton.
