Mrs. Linda Owens Lundy, age 67, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Friday, March 15, 2024, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. She was born in Chicago, IL on January 29, 1957 to the late Beauford F. & Julia G. Owens.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ray Lundy; her infant brother, Jeffrey Owens; her brother, Darryl Owens; her sisters, Carolyn Owens and Gael Yaunk; and her daughter-in-law, Jessica Cabato.

She is survived by her children: Michael Owens (Kiara) of Las Vegas, NV, Ernesto Cabato of El Paso, TX, Sierra Cabato of Fayetteville, NC, and Jonathan Cabato (Marnellie) of Austin, TX; 18 grandchildren; and five sisters: Beth Owens (Mark Sellers) of Lumberton, NC, Missy Campos, Cheryl Villarico, and Kim Owens (Ben), all of Florida, and Shannon Lindsey of Lumberton, NC.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 1:00 PM at New Hollywood Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
