Linda Carol Huggins Britt, age 54, of Lumberton, NC died on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at home.  She was born in Robeson County, NC on September 26, 1963 to the late James "Red" Clifton Huggins and the late Margaret Emily Lewis Wells of Fairmont, NC. She had her own tax business and boutique. She graduated from Southeastern Community College with an Associates Degree in business. She loved the Lord and was a devoted and loving mother to her two daughters.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister-in-law, Mary Ann Hammonds.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, William Leslie Britt Sr. of Lumberton, NC; her two daughters, Victoria "Tori" Marie Britt and Kathryn "Kat" Grace Britt of Lumberton, NC; three step-children, Amy Lynn Britt Jacobs of Maxton, NC, William Leslie Britt Jr. of Lumberton, NC, and Frankie Danielle Britt of Rowland, NC; three sisters, Elizabeth "Libby" Jackson of Lumberton, NC, Mary Ellen Huggins of Lumberton, NC, and Frances Ann Wells of Fairmont, NC; one brother, James "Cliff" Clifton Huggins of Lumberton, NC; brothers-in-law, Ricky Britt and Willis Wayne Britt; and sisters-in-law, Susan Wood and Michelle Grace Britt.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 10, 2018, from 7:00-9:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. in Lumberton.

A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 11, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton with Rev. William Griffin and Rev. Calvin C. Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Lewis Family Cemetery in Fairmont.
