Mrs. Linda Lee Taylor, age 78, of Fairmont, NC passed away on Monday, June 8, 2026 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice.

She was born in Robeson County on November 29, 1947 to the late Raeford Bass and Annie Christine Dent Bass.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Hughes Patrick Ellis; and a brother, Jimmy Ray Bass.

Ms. Linda is survived by her husband, Terry Taylor of the home; a son, John Thomas Taylor (Autumn) of Salisbury, NC; a daughter, Raven Taylor Ellis (Jonathan) of Mooresville, NC; four sisters, Patricia Britt, Edna Seals, and Rebecca Bass all of Fairmont, NC, and Judy Simmons of Boardman, NC; three grandchildren, Holden Taylor Ellis, Quinlan Sanders Ellis, and Lincoln Grey Taylor and a host of other relatives and friends.

A Graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM in Floyd Memorial Cemetery across from the funeral home.
