Mrs. Lena Mae Nunnery Collins, age 75, of N. Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away Friday, September 3, 2021, at Grand Strand Regional Medical Center in Myrtle Beach, SC. She was born in Robeson County, NC on November 22, 1945 to the late Jack Nunnery and the late Daisy Townsend Nunnery.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carey Johnson Collins.

She is survived by two sons, Joey Collins and wife Beth of N. Myrtle Beach, SC and Pierce Collins and wife Joan of Orrum, NC; a daughter, Tracy McCormick and husband Derek of Lumberton, NC; five grandchildren: Hayleigh, Courtney, Connor, Trista, and Katie; four brothers: Buddy Nunnery of  Southport, NC, Larry Nunnery and wife Ann of  Tarheel, NC, and Jerry Nunnery and wife Debbie and Terry Nunnery and wife Gloria, all of Lumberton, NC; and her beloved dog, Zoyie.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Lamb Family Cemetery in Fairmont, NC with Rev. Mitch Tyner officiating.
