Mr. L.C. Walters, age 77, of Little River, SC, and formerly of Fairmont, NC, passed away Friday, May 5, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Walters was born September 28, 1945 in Robeson County, NC to the late Moyles Walters and the late Charlie Floyd Walters.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Keith Walters; a sister, Judith Walters; and a nephew, Clayton Grainger.

Mr. Walters is survived by his wife, Margaret Murray Walters of the home; one son, Carlus Walters of Chapel Hill, NC; one brother, Daryl Walters of Lumberton, NC; one sister, Sharon Grainger of Wilmington, NC; and a nephew, Garret Walters of Lumberton, NC.

A graveside service was held on Sunday, May 7, 2023, at Floyd Memorial Cemetery in Fairmont, NC.
