Mr. Larry Wayne Bailey, age 71, of Lumberton, NC, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC. He was born in Charlotte, NC on April 19, 1949.

He was preceded in death by his stepfather and his mother, Neil and Inez Walters, and a brother, Rocky Bailey.

Mr. Larry is survived by his wife, Virginia Dale Bailey of the home; two daughters, Lora Sanderson and Angela Bailey, both of Lumberton, NC; his father-in-law, William Horace Herring of Lumberton, NC; two grandchildren, Jimmy Sanderson and Rose Miller (Jonathan); two great-grandchildren, Caden Miller and Caleb Miller; a special nephew, Rocky Bailey, Jr. of New Jersey; a sister, Ann Long of Bladenboro, NC; two half-brothers, Charles Walters (Kaye), Bobby Walters (Judy), and Autry Walters, all of Bladenboro, NC; and a half-sister, Donna Moffett of Lumberton, NC.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, January 3, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memory Gardens in Lumberton, NC with Bro. Donnie Hester officiating.
