Mr. Lambert Hardin, age 85 of Fairmont passed away Friday, May 2, 2014 at Southeastern Hospice House in Lumberton. . A graveside service will be held Sunday, May 4, 2014 at 4:00PM at Fairmont Cemetery with Rev. Dalma Cribb officiating. Family will receive friends at home. He was born November 26, 1928 in Robeson County. He is survived by his wife, Mary O. Hardin of the home; one son Jeffrey Lambert Hardin and wife Ginny of Fairmont, and one daughter, Kathryn Hardin McDaniel of Marietta; one sister, Sue Hardy Paul of Winterville, NC; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
