Kimberly Nicole Smith, age 24, of Lumberton, NC, departed this life on Friday, June 11, 2021, at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC. She was born in Robeson County, NC on July 27, 1996 to Patrick Telly Locklear and Lillian Grace Hardin.

She was preceded in death by a special aunt, Heather Joanne Tilley; a grandmother, Joanne McMillian; an uncle, Purvis Locklear; an aunt, Natisha Ann Locklear; and her great-grandparents, John & Doretha Horne.

She is survived by her parents, both of Lumberton, NC; her children: Fredrick Cain, Jr. (Raymond & Tanya Locklear) of Lumberton, NC and Siah Cruz (Raul & Elizabeth Cruz) of Raleigh, NC; her Aunt Ella & Uncle Emilio Diaz of Lumberton, NC; her grandfather, Wayne Hardin of the home; her brothers: Daniel Brewer and Cody Hardin, both of the home, Roman Patrick Locklear of Lumberton, NC, Jacob Scott of Wilmington, NC, Roger Revels of Lumberton, NC, and William Rodriguez of Fairmont, NC; two sisters, Carrie Revels and Keisha Hardin, both of Lumberton, NC; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and friends, all of whom loved her dearly.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 18, 2021, from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc. in Lumberton, NC.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 19, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Floyd Memorial Chapel in Lumberton, NC. Burial will follow at Meadowbrook Cemetery in Lumberton, NC.
