Kent (Papa) Williamson passed away from this life on Saturday, July 4, 2020 at the age of 62.

He was born June 30, 1958 in Robeson County.

Kent was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, and grandfather. He was the sweetest man you could ever meet. He loved to fish and spend time with his loved ones.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Alaine and James Earl Williamson of Pembroke, NC.; six brothers, Eric, Ronnie, Roger, TC, String, and Michael Lee Williamson; two sisters, Ann and Laylonnie Williamson.

He leaves behind  his beloved wife, Cindy Locklear Williamson of the home; three daughters, Brandy Hunt of Rowland, NC, Tashia Gibson (Willie) of Fairmont, NC and Kasondra Sweat (Wayne) of Fairmont; one son, Terry Locklear of Faison, NC; four brothers, Larry (Barbara) Williamson of Lumberton, NC, Don (Kathy) McClelland and Keith Williamson both of Wisconsin, Simmie Williamson of California,; two sisters, Winona (Rick) Traynham of Summersville, SC and Bessie "Nuddie" (Colonel, JR.) Holmes of McDonald, NC; a brother of long time friendship, John Graham of Lumberton, NC; fifteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; a close neighbor Rachel Oxendine and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, July 9, 2020 from 6-8pm at the Fairmont Rural Fire Department.
