Kendrick Dakota Hunt, age 19, of Fairmont, NC passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at UNC Health Southeastern in Lumberton, NC. He was born September 29, 2004 in Robeson County.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Sharon Hunt.

Kendrick is survived by his father, Michael Chavis of Fairmont, NC and his biological father, Kevin Hunt of Fairmont, NC; a brother, James Chavis and wife Franchesca of Fairmont, NC; a sister, Tara Lynn Hunt of Lumberton, NC; paternal grandmother, Sadie Rae Hunt of Fairmont, NC; three nieces, Maleighya, Michaela, and Zahra; one nephew, Michael; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A time of visitation will be held Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 2:00-3:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services, 1549 Marion Stage Road in Fairmont, NC.
