Kelton McPherson Broadwell, Sr., "Mack", age 75, of St. Pauls, NC passed away on Monday evening, June 23, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Robeson County, NC on May 13, 1939 to the late Freeman Kelton Broadwell and the late Ila Mae Kinlaw Broadwell. He was a farmer. Mr. Broadwell is survived by his wife, Joyce Ann Thomas of the home; sons, Mack Broadwell, Jr. and wife, Melody, and Jeffery T. Broadwell, Sr. and wife, Loretta all of St. Pauls; daughters, Joanne Broadwell McMillan and husband, Joe of St. Pauls, and Kristine Broadwell Keith and husband, Jae of Lumberton; sister, Maitland Byrd of St. Pauls; grandchildren, Megan McMillan, Jessica Broadwell, Jeffery Broadwell, Jr., Troy Broadwell, and Wesley McMillan; and by several nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2014 from 1:00-2:00 PM prior to the service in the Regan United Methodist Church fellowship hall. The funeral service will be on Thursday, June 26, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Regan United Methodist Church with Pastor Bruce Skipper and Pastor Jeff Broadwell officiating. Burial will follow in the Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
