Kay Ann Hunt, age 55, of Rowland, NC died on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at her residence. She was born in Robeson County, NC on September 18, 1954 and worked as an industrial construction worker for S.W. & B. Construction Company.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Arvalene Hunt.

Mrs. Hunt is survived by her husband, Leonard Hunt of the home; her mother, Alene Hunt of Rowland, NC; two sons, Joseph Hunt and wife Kathryn of Washington, DC and Jonathan Hunt and wife Erin of Rowland, NC; one brother, Nathan Hunt of Rowland, NC; one sister, Stella Wood of Columbus, GA and for grandchildren, Grayson Hunt, Eli Hunt, Andrew Hunt, and Caleb Hunt.

A Funeral Service will be held at Reedy Branch Baptist Church on Friday, February 12, 2010 at 1:00 PM with Rev. Hilton Woodell officiating. Burial will follow in the Hunt Cemetery in South Robeson.

Visitation will be on Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Funeral Services, 1549 Marion Stage Road in Fairmont.
