Kay Frances Taylor Britt, age 55, of Bladenboro, passed away Friday, September 14, 2012 at New Hanover Medical Center. She was born on May 5, 1957 in Robeson County to Frank Taylor and Nell Pittman Taylor. She was formerly employed as a textile machine operator at Kendell Co.

She is preceded in death by her father, Frank Taylor.

Ms. Britt is survived by her mother, Nell Pittman Taylor, of the home; and two sisters, Carol Taylor Britt and husband, James, and Brenda Taylor, all of Lumberton.

A time of visitation will take place on Sunday, September 16, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Floyd Mortuary & Crematory, Inc., 809 E. 5th Street, Lumberton.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 17, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Antioch Baptist Church, 5089 Old Whiteville Road, Lumberton, with Pastor Mark Meadows officiating.
