Katrinia Bullard Milstein, age 48, of Lumberton, passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Southeastern Health in Lumberton. She was born in Robeson County on February 28, 1965 to the late Martin Bullard and the late Peggy Walters Turnage. She is survived by her son, Justin Milstein of Raleigh, NC; her brother, James "Marty" Bullard of Lumberton, NC and her sister, Christina Bulak of Sunset Beach, NC. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2013 at 6:30PM at First Baptist Church in Lumberton with Dr. David Elks officiating. The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall following the service.
