Judy "Bit" Locklear age 70 of 111 Country Wood Dr. Rowland passed away Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton. A Memorial Service will be held Friday May 16, 2014 at 7:00PM at Floyd Funeral Services Chapel in Fairmont with Rev. Jerry Butler officiating. Visitation will be Friday, May 16, 2014 from 6:00-7:00 PM. Judy was born January 15, 1944 in Robeson County. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mark Locklear and Susie Doll Blue. She is survived by her husband, Gearl Locklear of the Home; two daughters, Jackie Locklear of Jacksonville, NC and SueAnn Safriet of Trinity, NC; three brothers, Thomas Blue, Patrick Hunt, and Gary Hunt, all of Rowland; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
